
Join me for a free monthly gentle yoga circle. A time to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your heart. Each month we gather to honor love, loss, and healing through mindful movement, breath, and presence.
In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll move gently through practices that support body, mind, and heart:
This journey offers a safe and compassionate space for bereaved mothers to move, breathe, and honour your grief with tenderness.
Grounding & Intention – arriving safely in the space, honoring your baby with a simple ritual.
Grief Yoga – gentle, trauma-informed movement to release tension and soften the weight of grief.
Breathwork – calming and heart-centered breathing practices to ease heaviness and reconnect with inner peace.
Ritual & Reflection – guided visualization, journaling prompts, and a symbolic act to honor your baby.
Closing Integration – restorative rest, closing words, and a shared moment of remembrance.

Every 1st Sunday of a month, at 7pm CET
