About these terms

These terms apply when you use the SoulDomes website, download a resource, join an online circle, or book a retreat or other service offered by Jessika Weber Sabil.

Wellbeing information

SoulDomes offers educational and wellbeing practices. Nothing on this website is medical advice, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or a promise of healing. Please seek qualified medical or psychological care when needed. You remain responsible for deciding whether a practice is appropriate for you and for stopping if you feel pain, distress, dizziness, or discomfort.

Bookings and payments

A place is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation and any required payment has been received. Prices, included services, payment dates, cancellation conditions, and refund terms will be clearly provided before you complete a paid booking. Where booking-specific terms differ from this page, the terms supplied with that booking apply.

Retreat participation

Participants are responsible for travel documents, insurance, transport unless expressly included, and disclosing relevant health or access needs before attending. Retreat activities may be adapted when safety, weather, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond reasonable control make this necessary.

Intellectual property

Website copy, recordings, practices, course materials, and the HEART framework are provided for your personal use. They may not be copied, resold, distributed, recorded, or used commercially without written permission.

Respectful participation

SoulDomes spaces depend on consent, confidentiality, and respect. Participation may be ended where conduct threatens another person’s privacy, dignity, or safety.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, SoulDomes is not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made solely from general website information.
