A different kind of space

You know how to keep going. What happens when you pause?

You have learned to keep going, solve the problem, and hold everything together. Perhaps you understand the need for rest, but your body has not yet felt safe enough to let go. Both can be true.

SoulDomes is not another demand to become someone new. It is a carefully held pause: six nights at Manira Palm close to Marrakech, with five days of body-based practice, cultural and art immersion, and real community.

Born on a farm, I learned that growth has its own rhythm. Here, belonging does not require proof. There is room for what you have carried, without turning it into another project. Softness is not weakness.

“No performance. No perfectionism. Just be, witness, and transform.”

The transformation

From automatic survival to embodied choice.

You are not here to return home as a perfected version of yourself. Through gentle practice, you can begin to recognise your body’s signals, make space for what has been held, and find more choice in how you respond.

Through the HEART method, you practise staying present with yourself—so rest no longer has to be earned, boundaries can be spoken without apology, and success does not require self-betrayal.

The HEART method

A body-based pathway through change.

Trauma-sensitive, grief-informed somatic practice for nervous system regulation.

H

Halt

Create a container of safety. Pause the autopilot and notice what your body is doing.

“I am safe to pause.”
E

Express

Move from suppressing to witnessing. Translate the body’s language without judging it.

“My body is allowed to feel.”
A

Attune

Interrupt the survival loop. Use polyvagal tools to shift out of fight, flight, or freeze.

“I soften into the present moment.”
R

Release

Complete the stress cycle. Allow trapped energy to discharge safely.

“I let go of what I can no longer hold.”
T

Transform

Install new patterns. Choose responses that align with your values, not your fears.

“I trust the unfolding of who I am becoming.”

The rhythm of your days

Enough structure to feel held. Enough space to breathe.

Each day follows a supportive rhythm while leaving room for rest, weather, culture, and what the group needs.

Community & place

Not tourism at a distance. Connection with context.

Cultural immersion is approached through respect, reciprocity, and relationship. You will meet rural women and local collaborators as holders of knowledge—not as scenery or service.

The experience brings nervous system restoration together with art, place, and community. It is an invitation to learn from lived resilience, step outside the retreat bubble, and remember that transformation is relational.

A small women’s group, held with care and grounded boundaries.
